I want to take this opportunity to express my thanks to you and your team. I have been a customer since before 1980 and have always been satisfied with the service I received both in maintenance & repair and with vehicle purchases. I am always welcomed, even when it is just for the all too often free cup of coffee.
I have been a business owner since 1990 and from experiences gained long before that, I chose to use Ford products. The logging industry is not kind to the pickup trucks we use, but I have never been stranded by a Ford.
My business has (along with others) struggled over the last several years. Recently, I needed repairs and other services from your business. I believe that you and your team have gone beyond “customer service” to help me out.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for a smooth purchase of our 2010 Explorer. My hat goes off to Rob, he was extremely helpful and infinitely knowledgeable about our new Explorer. His service was exceptional from completing the paperwork, picking me up at the airport, walking me through the sale, walking me through the vehicle and following up after the purchase to ensure I made it home safe and that all was good with the Explorer. My wife is thrilled with the Explorer.

Thank you for sending these pics over so quickly. I had just called Mark yesterday.
The purchase of the truck from you folks went great, My salesman “Mark” dud an outstanding job working with me, I am a very picky buyer, I came in…drove it, spoke with Mark about what it is I really wanted, and left him to go look at other car lots…leaving him to work out the details and price to see if we could be close to a deal.
He kept in touch with me as the day progressed, and as he worked to get the price down to something we all could agree to. All the while (I’m sure) trying to make other sales.
We moved to Montana in July, and had my 2003 F350 damaged in a wind storm, shopped here, and in Idaho for a truck but did not find a truck I liked. Drove to Washington to visit my wife’s parents, and shopped through the “Northwest Cars and Trucks” magazine. My wife and I are Ford only buyers, and when it comes to our next purchase we will make the drive to you folks. And hook up with our salesman Mark.

We just recently purchased our 10th vehicle from your dealership, and we never ever shopped another dealership, for this purchase because we knew we would receive EXCELLENT customer service. They got back to immediately that the vehicle had been located, and they had the truck to the lot within an unbelievable time. When we returned, we went to Bert Tyler, he made it SO effortless. We didn't spend hours "negotiating" as most places have the dreaded sales pitch, of "What's it going to take to get you in this?" We signed our names on the line, and were out the door in our beautiful new truck. Bert knows how to quickly make the deal, and not waste our precious time. He was very courteous and efficient.
We also purchased a 2010 Expedition back in March, and were equally impressed by the stellar service that we received at that visit.
Believe me, if it wasn't for Richard and Sparky, my incredible salesmen, and Bert the financial guy, Cheryl Bruhn with her amazing charisma and excellent ability to ALWAYS be on the ball to track the salesmen. She is always such a pleasant and cheerful voice to be greeted by.
I also wanted to mention Cary Lindsay. I ALWAYS go to him, with any service issue. He is always friendly, and a wealth of knowledge. He has helped me numerous times. When I had a mirror taken off by another truck, I knew I needed to see Cary, as he would take excellent care of me.

Stan didn't push any big closing techniques that would immediately turn me off, but showed me his knowledge of the industry more than surpassed any car sales person I've ever dealt with. The financial person (Forgot his name, but his dad was a CB in the Navy) was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I have leased or purchased approximately 8 or 9 cars from Fugate Ford.
I have visited other Ford dealers and how they handle their customers is sad, they play this game "what will it take to get you in this vehicle," then they go back and forth with the finance manager playing games, and then you end up sitting there for hours trying to come up with a deal, the price ends up being ridiculous, so we leave and then in a couple of days they call us trying to win our business back.
When I walk into Fugate Ford I have the best of the best. Everything runs smooth. No game playing. Over the top customer service. I have never been more impressed with T.J. as a finance manager and Sparky and Richard as salesmen. They make you feel like you are very special and they don't play games.
Out of all the finance managers that I have ever purchased or leased a vehicle from, T.J. is by far the best.
Richard has offered to meet me when items come in for my car. Anytime I have a question on how to operate something in my car, he always has the answer. Other Ford dealerships don't even know the answer on how to operate the new technology items. I have bought several vehicles from Richard alone, and he answers the phone no matter if he is on vacation or if it is his day off. That is exceptional customer service!
Richard was off one day so he referred me to Sparky. I was so impressed with him. I remember him from long ago when he was an auto dealer. Boy, you sure do a great job on training your employees!
Richard and Sparky are a dynamic team. Sparky was on top of everything. I never once had to call him and check on things. He was always on the ball and provided top notch customer service.
Another great employee is Cheryl, your receptionist. I have know her since we started buying cars from you. This last vehicle we bought, someone had complained on her. They thought she was on a personal call, however that was not true-it was me that was on the phone with her. I had called her to have her locate Richard, as we were interested in buying a vehicle. So Cheryl said she would track him down. Cheryl has a great personality, and offers a great first impression for your business.
When I leased my 2008 Expedition someone hit my drivers side mirror. I called Cary immediately because I wanted to keep the business at Fugate. Cary took very good care of me and provided excellent customer service.
Fugate Ford is just a building, and without these outstanding employees Fugate Ford wouldn't be where it is today. These employees that I have listed should go out other dealerships and train employees on how to treat customers. Please recognize these employees for their outstanding customer service.

We so appreciate receiving your welcome letter, 9-06, of congratulations re: our recent purchase of our '05 Mercury Mountaineer, from "Sparky" Picinich sales person Extraordinaire!
Thanks to Kevin Holle of another fine dealership of camp trailers, Watts RV in Kent. When we were purchasing a coach from him, we relied on his expertise to find the perfect fit, the proper vehicle to pull it, Hem a former employee of yours, recommended Fugate Ford. We asked him if there was another just-as-competent dealer he could recommend nearer our home in Tacoma. He insisted the trip would be worth our while, as Fugate Ford is a great, reliable dealership as witnessed by his years of employment with you. He assured us Fugate is a family owned & managed dealership that stands behind their sales. He contacted Sparky immediately with our dilemma. Sparky was responsive & met us the following day, the last day of Aug., Sunday. We so appreciated his well researched guidance & non-pressure approach with us. He handled every detail promptly and well.
Not just Sparky, but everyone we came in contact with that day & the 2 subsequent visits we made for follow up procedures were friendly & professional. From the smiles we received from the receptionists, service & service desk personnel to the finance department, all were very friendly & professional. We returned for the exterior & interior treatments & appreciated the loaner vehicle provided. Then we had a concern since we could smell something hot while pulling our newly purchased coach up an incline. This was a great concern & we could see nothing leaking etc. when looking under the hood. Sparky was once again very responsive & determined to get to the bottom of the problem, with such a welcome up-beat positive attitude. It turned out to be the factory undercoating over sprayed on to the tail pipe etc. With the added weight of the coach & the incline we were pulling=created the smell of the over sprayed coating burning off the tail pipe etc. Again we were provided a loaner car & within one day they had located the problem & did the best they could to remedy it. With the documentation that there still may be some smell until it all burns off. Well, we do still have that smell, less than before your competent service department took care of it the best they could. I, Vicki phoned Sparky the following day & he assured me he would immediately document that the problem still exists, as we will not be able to enjoy a vacation pulling the coach with our Merc. until July '07. So that way if it persists too long we hopefully can bring it back in for a further look.
At this point, yes our complete satisfaction (as you state in your letter) has been guaranteed & our every concern addressed.
We are about to retire-July, 2007-& have lived a full wonderful life. We both have had positions in the working world that necessitated much human interaction. We have always done our best to conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity & ethics...put simply deal with others as you would like t b e dealt with. We have experienced this very attribute @ Fugate Ford & are very appreciative. In our world of "out sourcing" competition it has become very hard for a business to keep it's integrity &keep financially afloat... we thank you for making doing the right thing the way of your business.

After my inquiry, I was put in touch with Sparky. We made arrangements to meet with him to look at the Mustang. (found out from others that he came in on his day off)When my wife and I arrived, we found out that Mustang had been sold the night before. Sparky showed us the other Mustangs and my wife fell in love with a 2006 model. We did the paperwork with Sparky and Leanne and my wife drove her dream car home. We feel Sparky and Leanne are both great assets to your business and hope they get the recognition they deserve. I have been involved in three car purchases in my life and my experience with Jimbo was definitely the best. I found the exact vehicle I wanted online and stopped by to look at it. Jimbo met me with a smile and treated me like I was his top priority the entire time I was there. Even the negotiation aspect of the purchase was extremely easy. His use of respect and honesty was a rare, but welcome approach to the car buying process. I spent a minimal time in the office as the paperwork was taken care of immediately.
